Baltzar offers all customers a return service. Baltzar does not offer free returns but instead seeks to provide easy and economical service.

Once Baltzar has received the returned product, it will be inspected and the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
The return service cost for your region is: 80SEK and will be deducted from the return value.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Bags and accessories All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags.
Shoes Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Grooming, fragrance and candles Grooming products should be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please note, both candles and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
Underwear and swimwear Please try these on over your underwear.
Faulty goods Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Colours We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on BALTZAR as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Baltzar wants all customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product received or if your delivery is not as ordered (e.g. wrong or missing product), please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If sending an email, please include as many details as possible including order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with the product.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return the unused product in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When Baltzar receives the product, the value of the purchased product will be refunded but not the original freight cost.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses at this time.
We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.
Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. As your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or canceled.
