Delivery & Returns
Baltzar ship all orders from Sweden and the EU. It is every customer’s own responsibility to pay taxes and import duties when ordering from outside the EU.
Baltzar does not send goods to P.O boxes. At this moment the store is limted to ship only within Europe and to some selected countries in the rest of the world: USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zeeland, Thailand, Singapore, Hongkong, Argentina and South Africa.
All orders within Sweden will be shipped by DHL. All orders within the EU as well as International orders will be shipped by UPS. A street address and signature upon delivery are both required. Customers are advised to register a phone number and email address when ordering for UPS to use if needed. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. Parcels can be tracked at www.ups.com
The standard delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:
- 1-2 working days to Sweden
- 3-4 working days to Europe
- 7-10 working days to International destinations
If nobody is at the address when UPS makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and UPS leaves with the package. Another delivery attempt will be made the next day. A total of three attempts will be made, if delivery is not possible after the third attempt the package will be returned. Costumers are advised to contact UPS upon finding the note in the mailbox if arrangements for a different delivery address has to be made.
Packages can be delivered to work addresses if this is more convenient. If so, just enclose that address as delivery address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.
The freight charge depends on your delivery address.
How much is the freight charge?
If the total purchase reaches a certain amount we provide Free Shipping with above mentioned logistic providers. The purchase total needed is based on the country you are ordering from.
Sweden : 1000 SEK
Europe : 300 Euro
USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, New Zeeland, Thailand, Singapore, Hongkong, Argentina and South Africa : 5000 SEK
If the purchase does not reach the amount stated above, the shipping cost depends on where the customer lives and the size and weight of the package. In order to make it easy, Baltzar have decided to apply three different shipping tariffs.

How to return a product
Please note that when returning a product it is very important to state the order number as well as customer name and address. Without these details it will not be possible to process the refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. If you have a claim please remember to provide a receipt of the freight charges.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive returns, depending on which postal service is being used. Once Baltzar have received the returned product(s), it will be inspected and the refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Baltzar wants all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product(s) received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact customer service at email@example.com. If sending an email,
please include as many details as possible including order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with the product(s).
If customers are not completely satisfied with the product(s), simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When Baltzar receives the product(s), the value will be refunded of the purchased product(s), but not the original freight.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product(s). Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
Customers must pay for the freight to return the product(s) and this must also be arranged by the customer. The product(s) are the customers responsibility until they reach Baltzars warehouse. Customers are advised to pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Customers always have a 12 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Claims should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the claim is justified Baltzar will also refund reasonable freight expenses.
