How to Return:
Baltzar is pleased to offer all customers a hassle-free return service. To initiate a return, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://baltzar.com/account.
- Input your email address.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
- Click on the "Request return" button.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
- If you're looking to exchange for a different size or item, please indicate that.
- Kindly provide a reason for your return; this helps us enhance our services.
- For Swedish orders: If a return label was included in your package, it is now activated. Otherwise, we will send you a digital PDF return label once our customer service reviews your request, usually within one business day.
After obtaining the necessary documents, either drop off your return at the closest drop-off point or arrange a pickup with DHL or UPS. As soon as we receive and validate your returned items, we'll carry out the requested action. Should you not receive any communication from us within the expected timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out at email@example.com.
Returns and Customer Satisfaction:
Baltzar aims for every customer to receive high-quality products and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience. If there's an issue with the received product or if your delivery doesn't match your order, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. When reaching out, provide as much detail as possible, including your order number and a photo if there's a problem with the product.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original, intact packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Baltzar will refund the product's value, excluding the original shipping cost.
For a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- Ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Both the packaging and the product should be undamaged. Failing to meet these conditions might make you ineligible for a refund.
- Returns not adhering to our policy won't be accepted and will be returned to you.
- When returning shoes, include all related items, such as the dust bag and box. When trying them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
- Grooming products should be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Note: Candles and fragrance items are final sales and cannot be returned due to transportation restrictions.
- For underwear and swimwear, try them on over your own underwear.
- Goods are deemed faulty if they aren't of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse aren't considered faulty.
- We've endeavored to display our product colors on BALTZAR as accurately as possible. However, due to varying device displays, we can't guarantee that the colors you see exactly match the product.
- We prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to assisting you with any concerns or issues related to your purchase.
Return Service Fee:

To cover the administrative and processing costs associated with returns, a nominal return service fee is applied to each return.
