Shipping Options
At Baltzar.com, we strive to provide convenient and reliable shipping options to our customers. Depending on your location, we offer different shipping couriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

When placing your order, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping carrier based on availability and your location. We understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping, and we strive to partner with reputable couriers to provide you with the best possible shipping experience.

Please note that shipping options may vary depending on the destination country and specific circumstances. We constantly evaluate our shipping partners and may introduce additional couriers or make adjustments to our shipping options to enhance your shopping experience.

International Shipping Couriers

For international orders outside of Sweden, we offer two primary shipping options: UPS and DHL Express. Both UPS and DHL Express are renowned global logistics companies recognised for their excellent track records in international shipping. These couriers offer fast and secure delivery services to numerous destinations worldwide, ensuring that your orders arrive safely and efficiently.


Sweden Courier

For orders within Sweden, we utilise the services of Postnord. Postnord is a trusted postal and logistics company in Sweden, known for its extensive network. We work closely with Postnord to ensure your packages are handled with care and delivered to your service point or doorstep promptly.


Pricing & Duties Policy

The prices displayed on Baltzar.com are specific to the country/region you are browsing from (and we are shipping to), and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate for orders within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and Norway. For customers from other countries, prices will be shown without VAT (also known as Sales Tax in the US). The price applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time of acceptance.

For customers in the following countries and economic zones, all prices are displayed including any applicable duties:

  • European Union

  • Norway

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

The delivery method is referred to as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), and no additional import duties (tariffs) will be charged upon delivery. The price at checkout is the final price.

In the United States, there is a sales tax depending on which state you are shopping from. For customers outside the groups mentioned above, prices are shown without VAT, and there may therefore be extra charges upon delivery, which you will be responsible for. New Regulations and Recent Changes

The new regulation for trading between the European Union (EU) and the USA means that there is no longer a threshold of $800 (previously known as the “de minimis”). All items, regardless of type or value, leaving the EU will incur a 15% tariff.

To make your shopping experience hassle-free, Baltzar displays a final price including all import duties (which we handle). This ensures no surprises in terms of cost. This is why we ship under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which you can read more about under “Pricing and Duties Policy”.


Signing for Your Purchase

At Baltzar, we prioritise the safety of your purchase during delivery. However, once your purchases have been delivered, they are no longer covered by our responsibility.

To accommodate your schedule, you may have the option to waive the signature requirement through the courier.
Please note the following important points regarding waiving the signature requirement:

  • By choosing to waive the signature, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

  • If no signature is collected upon delivery, you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after delivery.

  • We recommend considering your delivery circumstances and the level of security at your address before deciding to waive the signature.

There are also regional variations in rules that may allow couriers to deliver without a signature, even if you have not waived the requirement. In such cases, we do not hold responsibility for your order after delivery. We encourage you to monitor your deliveries and collect them as soon as possible. If you anticipate delivery issues, we recommend choosing to have the package delivered to a service point.

Shipping Restrictions

At Baltzar, we strive to provide worldwide shipping for our products. However, due to international trade agreements and local customs restrictions, there may be certain items that we are unable to ship to your location. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and refund the transaction before fulfillment.

Additionally, please note that transport regulations prohibit the shipment of pressurised or flammable items by air. As a result, we are unable to ship such items via air transportation.
