Baltzar is pleased to offer all customers a hassle-free return service. To initiate a return, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to https://baltzar.com/account.
2. Input your email address.
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
4. Click on the "Request return" button.
5. Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
6. If you're looking to exchange for a different size or item, please indicate that.
7. Kindly provide a reason for your return; this helps us enhance our services.
For Swedish orders: If a return label was included in your package, it is now activated. Otherwise, we will send you a digital PDF return label once our customer service reviews your request, usually within one business day.
After obtaining the necessary documents, either drop off your return at the closest drop-off point or arrange a pickup with DHL or UPS. As soon as we receive and validate your returned items, we'll carry out the requested action. Should you not receive any communication from us within the expected timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out at returns@baltzar.com.
Returns and Customer Satisfaction
Baltzar aims for every customer to receive high-quality products and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience. If there's an issue with the received product or if your delivery doesn't match your order, please contact our customer service at contact@baltzar.com. When reaching out, provide as much detail as possible, including your order number and a photo if there's a problem with the product.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
You have the right to handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, similar to what would be permitted in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, Baltzar reserves the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to any diminished value.
Baltzar will refund the product's value. Any standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option are not refundable.
Conditions for Returns
To help ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

We recommend returning products in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation where possible.

Products should be returned in a condition consistent with handling necessary to assess them. Excessive wear or damage may result in a reduction of the refund.

Products must not be washed or treated with detergent or any chemical substances (including cleaning agents, fragrances, or similar products). Any signs of such treatment may be considered handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product and may result in a reduction of the refund.

Returns that do not follow the requested return procedure may experience delays in processing; however, this does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning shoes, include all related items, such as the dust bag and box. When trying them on, we recommend standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Perfumes and grooming products should be returned unopened and unused where hygiene protection seals are intact. Items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

For underwear and swimwear, please try them on over your own underwear.
Goods are deemed faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty.
We've endeavored to display our product colors on Baltzar as accurately as possible. However, due to varying device displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see exactly match the product.
