At Baltzar.com, we strive to provide convenient and reliable shipping options to our customers. Depending on your location, we offer different shipping couriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

When placing your order, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping carrier based on availability and your location. Shipping options may vary depending on the destination country and specific circumstances; we continuously evaluate our shipping partners and may introduce additional couriers over time.

International Shipping Couriers

For international orders outside of Sweden, we offer two primary shipping options: UPS and DHL Express. Both are established global logistics companies with strong track records in international shipping.

Sweden Courier

For orders within Sweden, we use PostNord, a trusted postal and logistics company in Sweden. We work closely with PostNord to ensure your packages are handled with care and delivered to your service point or doorstep promptly.

Pricing, Duties & Tariffs

Prices displayed on Baltzar.com are specific to the country/region you are browsing from and shipping to. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate for orders within the European Union, United Kingdom, and Norway. For customers elsewhere, prices are shown excluding VAT (equivalent to sales tax in the US). The price applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

For the following countries and economic zones, prices are also shown inclusive of any applicable import duties:

Orders to these destinations ship under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Baltzar prepays import duties on your behalf, so the price shown at checkout is the final landed cost — no additional duty is collected on delivery.

United States customers: the price shown includes import duties but not state sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed separately at checkout, based on your shipping state.

For customers outside the regions listed above, prices are shown excluding VAT, and you may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery, which are your responsibility. Contact contact@baltzar.com with any questions.

Current U.S. import rules affecting your order (as of July 2026):

The U.S. eliminated the $800 “de minimis” exemption for low-value imports in August 2025. This is a U.S. government policy that applies to imports from all countries, not only the EU — every order, regardless of value, is now subject to duty assessment.
Separately, under the EU–US trade framework that took effect July 1, 2026, most goods originating in the EU (including items shipped from Baltzar in Sweden) are subject to a 15% U.S. tariff.

Because Baltzar ships under DDP and pre-pays these charges, both are already reflected in the price shown at checkout — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Signing for Your Purchase

At Baltzar, we prioritise the safety of your purchase during delivery. Once your purchase has been delivered, however, it is no longer covered by our responsibility.

To accommodate your schedule, you may have the option to waive the signature requirement through the courier. Please note the following important points regarding waiving the signature requirement:

By choosing to waive the signature, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.
If no signature is collected upon delivery, you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after delivery.
We recommend considering your delivery circumstances and the level of security at your address before deciding to waive the requirement.

There are also regional variations in courier rules that may permit delivery without a signature even if you have not waived the requirement. In such cases, we do not hold responsibility for your order after delivery. We encourage you to monitor your deliveries and collect them promptly. If you anticipate delivery issues, we recommend choosing to have the package delivered to a service point.

Shipping Restrictions

At Baltzar, we strive to provide worldwide shipping for our products. However, due to international trade agreements and local customs restrictions, there may be certain items we are unable to ship to your location. If this applies to your order, we will notify you and refund the transaction before fulfillment.

Additionally, transport regulations prohibit the shipment of pressurised or flammable items by air, so we are unable to ship them by air.

How to Return

Baltzar is pleased to offer all customers a hassle-free return service. To initiate a return, kindly follow the steps below:

Input your email address.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
Click on the \"Request return\" button.
Choose the item(s) you wish to return.
If you're looking to exchange for a different size or item, please indicate that.
Kindly provide a reason for your return; this helps us enhance our services.

For Swedish orders: If a return label was included in your package, it is now activated. Otherwise, we will send you a digital PDF return label once our customer service reviews your request, usually within one business day.

After obtaining the necessary documents, either drop off your return at the closest drop-off point or arrange a pickup with DHL or UPS. As soon as we receive and validate your returned items, we'll carry out the requested action. Should you not receive any communication from us within the expected timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out at returns@baltzar.com.

Returns and Customer Satisfaction

Baltzar aims for every customer to receive high-quality products and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience. If there's an issue with the received product or if your delivery doesn't match your order, please contact our customer service at contact@baltzar.com. When reaching out, provide as much detail as possible, including your order number and a photo if there's a problem with the product.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

You have the right to handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, similar to what would be permitted in a physical store. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, Baltzar reserves the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to any diminished value.

Baltzar will refund the product's value. Any standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase will also be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Conditions for Returns

To help ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

We recommend returning products in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation where possible.
Products should be returned in a condition consistent with handling necessary to assess them. Excessive wear or damage may result in a reduction of the refund.
Products must not be washed or treated with detergent or any chemical substances (including cleaning agents, fragrances, or similar products). Any signs of such treatment may be considered handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product and may result in a reduction of the refund.
Returns that do not follow the requested return procedure may experience delays in processing; however, this does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning shoes, include all related items, such as the dust bag and box. When trying them on, we recommend standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Perfumes and grooming products should be returned unopened and unused where hygiene protection seals are intact. Items that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return.
For underwear and swimwear, please try them on over your own underwear.

Goods are deemed faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty.

We've endeavored to display our product colors on Baltzar as accurately as possible. However, due to varying device displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see exactly match the product.

Return Service Fee

At Baltzar, we strive to offer a seamless and efficient return process for our customers. To cover the administrative and processing costs associated with returns, a nominal return service fee is applied to each return. This fee ensures that we continue to provide you with a high standard of service while handling your returns
