Delivery & Returns

Baltzar ships all orders express from within the European Union.  Prices on orders inside the EU include value added tax.  Orders outside the EU exclude local value added tax.  It is the customers’ responsibility to pay local taxes and import duties when ordering from outside the EU.

Baltzar ships express worldwide, but does not send goods to PO Boxes.

Delivery time

Baltzar ships all orders using DHL Express.  Orders placed before 2:00 pm CET are dispatched the same day.

Delivery time:

  • Next day delivery inside the EU
  • 1-3 days for rest of the World

When a shipment leaves Baltzar’s stores, an email is sent to you with options on delivery.   At that point, it will be possible to adjust the delivery to your preference and convenience.  Packages can be delivered to work addresses if this is more convenient.  If so, enter that address as the delivery address.  Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

How much is the freight charge?

We provide Free Shipping with DHL Express for orders over the certain amounts.  The amount is based on where you will receive the goods.

Sweden: 1000 SEK
European Union: €250
Rest of the world: $400/€320

If the purchase does not reach the above amounts, the shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the package as well as destination.  In order to make it easy, Baltzar applies three different shipping tariffs.

Customers are advised to register a phone number and email address when ordering for DHL to use if needed.   Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched.  Parcels can be tracked at www.dhl.com

Returns policy

Baltzar wants all customers to receive high quality products.  If there is something wrong with the product received or if your delivery is not as ordered (e.g. wrong or missing product), please contact customer service at contact@baltzar.com.  If sending an email, please include as many details as possible including order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with the product.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply return the unused product in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When Baltzar receives the product, the value of the purchased product will be refunded but not the original freight cost.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product.  Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

Customers always have a 12 months warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Claims should be sent to contact@baltzar.com as soon as possible. If the claim is justified, Baltzar will also refund reasonable freight expenses.

How to return a product

Baltzar offers all customers a return service.  Email return@baltzar.com, stating your order number and what you wish to return.  Baltzar will supply you with a shipping label.

Baltzar does not offer free returns but instead seeks to provide an easy and economical service.  The same price tariff as on freight charges will be applied on returns and deducted on the refund of your goods.  Once Baltzar has received the returned product, it will be inspected and the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
