International Shipping Couriers

Pricing & Duties Policy

The prices displayed on Baltzar.com are specific to the country/region you are browsing from (and we are shipping to), and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate for orders within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and Norway. For customers from other countries, prices will be shown without VAT (also known as Sales Tax in the US). The price applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time of acceptance.

New Regulations and Recent Changes

The new regulation for trading between the European Union (EU) and the USA means that there is no longer a threshold of $800 (previously known as the “de minimis”). All items, regardless of type or value, leaving the EU will incur a 15% tariff.

Signing for Your Purchase

For Swedish orders: If a return label was included in your package, it is now activated. Otherwise, we will send you a digital PDF return label once our customer service reviews your request, usually within one business day.

As soon as we receive and validate your returned items, we'll carry out the requested action. Returns and Customer Satisfaction:

When returning shoes, include all related items, such as the dust bag and box. When trying them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Grooming products should be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Note: Candles and fragrance items are final sales and cannot be returned due to transportation restrictions.
For underwear and swimwear, try them on over your own underwear.
Goods are deemed faulty if they aren't of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse aren't considered faulty.
